Supanova Comic Con & Gaming BLASTS into Brisbane, 8-10 November!

The countdown is on for Supanova Comic Con & Gaming’s milestone 100th event in Brisbane (8-10 November), with only 2 sleeps to go it’s shaping up to be an unforgettable ride through fandom!

This year, the convention is pulling out all the stops to celebrate Supa-Stars from across the galaxy, including the legendary Anthony Daniels who portrays series mainstay and the droid you’ve been looking for, C-3PO, in the iconic Star Wars franchise.


Joining him is another heroic heavyweight from a galaxy far, far away: Temuera Morrison, beloved for his role as the one and only Boba Fett. This dynamic duo promises to bring a touch of the Force to the festivities!


From the world of science fiction to real-life innovation, Adam Savage, the former Co-Host and Executive Producer of MythBusters and the mastermind behind Adam Savage’s Tested. Get ready to meet the man behind the maker movement and dive into the creative mind that has captivated millions!


If you’re a Buffy devotee, don’t miss the chance to greet James Marsters, Sunnydale’s vampiric bad boy, returning to Aussie shores. Fans of The Karate Kid can also meet Martin Kove, known for his role as John Kreese in the original trilogy and its hit sequel Cobra Kai, alongside his son and series co-star Jesse Kove.


Animation aficionados will also want to move fast to catch the voice of Sonic the HedgehogRoger Craig Smith; The Legend of Zelda's titular heroine, Patricia Summersett; X-Men '97's Rogue a.k.a. Lenore Zann, and Ash Ketchum from Pokémon, Veronica Taylor, returning to the event after guesting at the first-ever Supanova over two decades ago in 2002.


Alongside this Supa-Stellar line-up are Literary Legends Matthew Reilly (Hover Car Racer), Luke Arnold (The Fetch Phillips Archives) and many more! Comic enthusiasts will be more than spoiled for choice, with international guest Roy Thomas (former Editor in Chief of Marvel Comics, co-creator of Wolverine, writer of Conan the Barbarian) joining local talent such as Mark Raats (Star WarsThe Creator), David Yardin (Venom, Edge of Spider-Verse) and Jon Sommariva (Batman/TMNT Adventures).
